The business has begun supplying fashion clients with white label and private label products including jersey, knitwear, outerwear, denim, hosiery, accessories and homewares, The BusinessDesk reported.

New brands include ‘Charlotte Thomas’, a mid-market casual lifestyle brand, offering athleisure and lounge/nightwear for 25-45-year-olds; ‘Flowstate’ a Gen-Z brand offering sports/lifestyle pieces; and ‘Mwasi’, a line of linens, cloth, soft furnishing, textiles and upholstery fabrics inspired by bold patterns from India and Africa.

Prices will retail from £29 for a T-shirt to £230 for outerwear.

Nadia Thiare, head of sales (retail and brands) at Swiscot Group, said: “We’re creating clothes that fit today’s lifestyle – for women who work hard, work-out, have active social lives, but also value their rest and relaxation time.

Already a major supplier of textiles to the hospitality sector (hotels, universities, restaurants, gyms, cruise ships and airlines), Swiscot operates from a high-tech facility in Manchester, and four storage & logistics centres including a 10,000 sq ft distribution centre in Dublin.

Garments are sourced from the UK, Pakistan, China, India, and Turkey, and lead times range from 28 days to 90 days.

Currently, 35% of the group’s product is manufactured in the UK, as the group “understands the need for speed” by cutting lengthy lead times, thanks to in-house design and a “robust supply chain”.
