Miss Sixty
Chieti, 13th October 2010 – Sixty Group restructures its management by entrusting Pietro Bongiovanni as new CEO.

Pietro Bongiovanni has served as Councillor the last sixteen years within the group’s Board of Directors. According to the company’s press release he “will focus his attention on the evolution of the group’s product innovation, quality and service excellence – as well as dealing with the management of relationships with financial partners.

On the other hand, co-founder Renato Rossi (owner of the group’s 33% share), will be an active part of the management and will continue operating in the group, focussing his attention on more strategic product development activities.

The company also has equally appointed Guido Pullini and Marco Bortoletti to two key roles in the group’s restructure. After a long experience in the Geox group, Mr Pullini will cover the role of Sales & Marketing Director for the Miss Sixty, Killah, Energie, Refrigiwear and Murphy&Nye brands, with authority also on the coordination of foreign branches and on the Retail area. After an experience in Replay as Partner and CEO, Mr Bortoletti will instead lend his high-end management experience to the Sixty Group by covering a cross position in the development and strengthening of the product’s sales performances through the coordination of creativity and research & development functions for the fashion brands division (Miss Sixty, Energie and Killah).

For year 2010, Sixty group expects a performance in line with 2009 results, with a growing EBITDA compared to the 43.9 million euros registered. In this framework of general recovery, new openings in emerging markets such as China (where the group currently boasts 77 sales points) are confirmed for 2011.
