Rosada Fashion Outlet to open second phase

With 8,000 additional square meter retail space, Rosada fashion outlet is set to open its second phase. On 12 May the doors to the Dutch shopping destination, located in Roosendaal, will open with a total of 23.000 square meter shopping space.

Rosada fashion outlet currently features 60 brand stores, who offer between 30 to 70 percent discount, in the categories womenswear, menswear, children clothing, sportswear, accessories, lingerie and footwear. As well as a number of food and drink concepts.

With the expansion, the fashion outlet is opening 45 additional stores, including Guess, Adidas, Van Gils, Vingino, Gentiluomo, Chasin and Haribo. This will be first Dutch outlet stores for Chasin and Haribo.

Between 2010 and 2015, Rosada’s sales increased with 55 percent. Situated near the Belgian border, the fashion outlet welcomes customers from both The Netherlands and Belgium. The number of visitors from Belgium increased from 15 percent to 30 percent in 2015.
