Rodriguez already works for the French luxury giant as she has worked as general manager Europe at Christian Dior Parfums since 2017, after having managed its French subsidiary. A graduate of the French business school ESSEC, Rodriguez previously built her career at the heart of the L’Oréal group. Rodriguez  progressed from roles as marketing director for the Argentinian market for Garnier and Maybelline in 2000 to marketing director for Europe - beauty at L’Oréal Luxe.

In her new role, Rodriguez will report to Make Up For Ever’s executive vice-president Laurent Boillot, who is also the CEO of Guerlain.

Make Up For Ever was launched by Dany Sanz in 1984 in Paris. The brand, which markets itself as an influencer in the professional makeup industry, joined the LVMH Group in 1999. The brand’s products retail across 60 countries at over 2,200 points-of-sale in multi-brand outlets was well as numerous own-brand stores of which a dozen are in France.
