Icon Outlet at the O2 reveals new leasing team

Published
Nov 28, 2022

Even an already robust, successful leasing policy can be improved on. London outlet shopping destination Icon Outlet at The O2 has now appointed KLM Real Estate to work alongside CBRE to further develop retail leasing at the Greenwich mall.

Under the leadership of Louisa Dalgleish, Leasing Director at Icon Outlet, KLM Real Estate will work in tandem with CBRE to build on recent retail leasing and performance successes. Working with the destination’s F&B and leisure leasing agent, Lunson Mitchenall, “the team will continue the evolution of Icon Outlet, further enhancing its offer to increase its appeal to consumers, be they residents to London, domestic visitors or international tourists”.

Icon Outlet, which is adjacent to the famous O2 events complex, is anchored by Adidas, Calvin Klein, Nike, Superdry, Ted Baker and Tommy Hilfiger. It has also attracted a number of UK and international brands to the destination, including ready-to-wear brand Murmur, and soon-to-join designer menswear brand Luke 77, men’s casualwear brand Raging Bull, and outdoor brand TOG 24. British retailer Reiss is also set to join Icon Outlet in January.

Owner/developer AEG and Crosstree Real Estate Partners are currently celebrating strong performance figures with an increase of 11% on 2019 half-term sales and 25% increase on like-for-like October sales.

Dalgleish said the “impressive results are a testament to the close working relationships the destination enjoys with brands. To maintain its momentum and success, we need the right team on board, and the experience, reach and passion demonstrated by KLM is the perfect combination with CBRE and Lunson Mitchenall to uphold Icon Outlet’s position as the capital’s premium outlet experience”.
