Fashion influencer Chiara Ferragni becomes sole owner of TBS Crew

Chiara Ferragni has become the sole owner of TBS Crew Srl. The Italian fashion influencer and entrepreneur has completed the acquisition of a further 45% of the company's shares, becoming TBS Crew's owner with a 100% stake. 

The shares acquired by Ferragni were owned by Esuriens Srl, a company controlled by the Morgese and Barindelli families, and were sold following an agreement between the shareholders. 
 
TBS Crew, which manages fashion platform The Blonde Salad, featuring a lifestyle blog, a talent agency, an e-shop and a digital marketing consultancy, is now under the full control of Ferragni, The Blonde Salad’s founder and TBS Crew’s CEO.
