DSM London fetes Photo London with in-store activities

Rei Kawakubo’s multi-brand creative oasis Dover Street Market is celebrating Photo London with a series of product launches, installations and special events at its London site.

Opening on Thursday from 6-8pm, the activities will include the launch of Molly Goddard and Tim Walker’s new photobook “Patty” with signed copies on the third floor of the store, and the global launch of the latest instalment of Kim Jones’ collaboration with NikeLab.

CDG is also launching a spring holiday campaign in an installation on the ground floor, with a selection of pieces from the first full CDG collection that launches later this year. There will be also six celebration collaboration t-shirts featuring artworks by the likes of Adam Lucas and Anti Social Club.

Additionally, Dior and Italian fashion photographer Paolo Roversi will present the UK launch of their new book at Dover Street Market with a signing in-store by Roversi, while dress designer Sara Lanzi will stage an installation of her dried flower photography.

The store will also showcase limited edition t-shirts from menswear brand Noah, special Stussy DSM t-shirts and exclusive Comme des Garçons camo and polka dot printed wallets.

For those looking to bag a lifestyle piece, Simone Rocha will display a limited edition poster especially created for Photo London that will be on show in and available at her ground floor space.

Further events will include a film installation by Paul Harnden, book signings by Glen Luchford, and a showcase of copies of the box catalogue created for the Rick Owens retrospective.
