In recent weeks, the media has been reporting on talks between the Italian publishing house, the French media group, and the magazine Marie Claire about the possibility of merging their activities.

Arnaud Lagardère announced last week that his group will soon announce sales in its media branch in order to reduce its exposure to the sector which is currently experiencing difficulties. The move will also be intended to improve the business’ revenue.
